PhD in physiology, MBA focus Finance and MnA. Co-founder and CEO Ilya Pharma AB Developed methods to steer immune cell functions and delineated a new mechanism of action during in tissue regeneration. Have managed the project from initial idea, a patent portfolio of 4 families with 25+ granted patents, proof of principle of two assets, ILP100-Topical and ILP100-Oral, clinical proof of concept of the lead asset, development of the team and company, to date raised 350 mSEK from multiple type of investors, local, European and US-based, lead acquisitions in the form of vertical integration in supply chain for ATMPs.

Board position in Lytix Biopharma AS, clinical stage IO company developing lytic molecules for cancer treatment, with fully owned and partnered assets  (LYTIX, traded on Euronext Oslo).

David Marlevi

Assistant Professor, Department of Molecular Medicine and Surgery at Karolinska Institutet

David Marlevi is an Assistant Professor at the Dept. Molecular Medicine and Surgery at Karolinska Institutet (KI), and an elected member of the Young Academy of Sweden. Having graduated from the joint PhD program in Medical Techology at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and KI, David spent two years as a postdoctoral fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In 2021, he returned to Sweden and KI, and in 2023 received a European Research Council (ERC) Starting Grant with large-scale efforts now commencing on the development of advanced imaging techniques to improve cardiovascular image diagnostics. 

Theodor Pramer

CEO and founder of Biomedrex

Theodor Pramer was born into an entrepreneurial family and started his first company at the age of 18. He studied four bachelors with the University of Oxford and the Open University, finished a bachelor in psychology only to realize he wanted to do something else with his life and switched over to focusing on medicinal chemistry.

Biomedrex Genetics is a company using CRISPR, the gene scissor, to target viruses. It also focus on discovering novel new CRISPR proteins. The company and founder was awarded new company and entrepreneur of Sweden for 2021 by NyföretagarCentrum. The company is about to close their series A round.
